1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vip9 ("vip9", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vip9 website located at https://vip9.one, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a vip9 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the vip9 Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a vip9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

vip9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) vip9 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

vip9 implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vip9 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. vip9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the vip9 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vip9 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time at vip9's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may vary by payment method. vip9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your vip9 account and verified in your name. vip9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically clear within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.

vip9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vip9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all vip9 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• vip9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute a financial instrument or guaranteed return;
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, collusion, or systematic abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the vip9 Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology, independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, vip9 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account. vip9's decision in such matters is final.

Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant, as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip9 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or false identity documents;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vip9 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

vip9 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the vip9 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of vip9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the vip9 Platform without prior written consent from vip9.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vip9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

vip9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vip9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

10. Privacy

vip9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. vip9 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

11. Responsible Gaming

vip9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider;
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, vip9 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or fraud will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your vip9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course following account closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
